Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions and provide expert-level career guidance for insurance professionals
• Write high-quality "golden answers" and develop evaluation rubrics for AI-generated advice
• Identify inaccuracies in AI outputs and apply knowledge of industry regulations to enhance AI career coaching tools

Required qualifications

• Professional experience as an Insurance Agent, Broker, Advisor, or Account Executive in Canada
• Strong understanding of Canadian insurance sales practices and provincial licensing requirements
• Familiarity with Ontario or broader Canadian insurance regulations and industry norms
• Excellent written communication skills in English
