Job Summary

To enhance AI career guidance for mental health professionals, the fully remote, freelance Ontario Licensed Mental Health Practitioner will evaluate AI-generated career advice, ensuring it aligns with real-world pathways and licensing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from mental health professionals and provide expert-level guidance
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect deep professional knowledge and experience
• Develop evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy and quality of AI-generated recommendations

Required qualifications

• Experience as a Mental Health Practitioner, Therapist, Counsellor, Psychologist, Social Worker, or related regulated professional in Canada
• Strong understanding of Canadian mental health career paths and Ontario registration requirements
• Familiarity with regulated health profession frameworks in Ontario (e.g., CRPO, CPO, OCSWSSW)
• Excellent written communication skills in English for translating professional knowledge into actionable guidance
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
