Job Summary

To support a fast-growing real estate brokerage, the part-time Ontario Licensed Regional Broker will lead and train agents on compliance and contracts, provide guidance on complex transactions, and proactively recruit top-producing agents, all while working remotely on a contract basis through 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, and provincial regulations
• Provide guidance on complex transactions and manage compliance-related escalations
• Proactively recruit and attract top-producing agents by showcasing technology and growth opportunities

Required qualifications

• Active Ontario broker license
• Experience in training and supporting real estate agents
• Strong understanding of compliance and provincial regulations
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of agents in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in recruiting top-producing agents
