Ontario Licensed Rehabilitation Therapist

Job Summary

To support the development of AI career guidance systems, experienced Rehabilitation Therapists will evaluate and enhance AI-generated career advice while working remotely on a flexible contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to career-related inquiries from rehabilitation professionals at various career stages
• Write expert-level "golden answers" that provide practical career guidance in clinical contexts
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy and quality of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or related regulated health professional
• Strong understanding of Canadian healthcare career progression and registration requirements
• Experience mentoring students or junior colleagues is highly valued
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet quality standards
