Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert in Canadian customs compliance, the remote Ontario Licensed Trade Compliance Advisor will provide guidance and support to internal teams and external clients, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables related to CBSA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for Canadian CBSA regulations and customs processes
• Provide high-quality client service by answering inquiries and offering guidance
• Analyze data and regulatory information to support compliant decision-making

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Canadian CBSA regulations and customs compliance
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or advisory role
• Strong understanding of import processes and regulatory documentation
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
