Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Open Deck Business Development Representative, the successful candidate will manage client communications, develop customized shipping solutions, and oversee day-to-day operations of accounts while leveraging their knowledge of the Open Deck market.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to assess load information, budget, and strategic pricing
  • Develop customized shipping solutions based on customer needs and budget
  • Manage day-to-day operations of accounts and collaborate with internal teams to service customers effectively
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of 3PL experience within the Open Deck/Heavy Haul mode
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Business, Management, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish rapport with clients and peers
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to contribute to a high-energy environment
  • A winning attitude with a desire to succeed in a competitive industry
