Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Open Deck Business Development Representative, the successful candidate will manage client communications, develop customized shipping solutions, and oversee day-to-day operations of accounts while leveraging their knowledge of the Open Deck market.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to assess load information, budget, and strategic pricing
- Develop customized shipping solutions based on customer needs and budget
- Manage day-to-day operations of accounts and collaborate with internal teams to service customers effectively
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of 3PL experience within the Open Deck/Heavy Haul mode
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Business, Management, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish rapport with clients and peers
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to contribute to a high-energy environment
- A winning attitude with a desire to succeed in a competitive industry
