Job Summary
Providing essential administrative and customer support during a high-volume enrollment season, the fully remote Open Enrollment Admin Clerk will manage inbound calls, perform data entry, and assist with document processing while working from home in Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho.
Key responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls, delivering courteous and professional service to customers
- Perform accurate data entry and document processing to support open enrollment operations
- Prepare and distribute electronic correspondence and maintain organized records of incoming inquiries
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least six months of general office, clerical, or administrative experience
- Strong customer service and telephone communication skills
- Accurate keyboarding skills (minimum 30 WPM with 95% accuracy) and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office and work consistently during the peak open enrollment season
