Job Summary
To support the onboarding of members to health benefits, the part-time Open Enrollment Specialist will manage project coordination, create client-facing materials, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while working up to 25 hours per week remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain collateral for clients during open enrollment
- Coordinate project management for open enrollment materials and resources
- Facilitate communication and feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Experience with Canva; familiarity with Google Suite, Airtable, WordPress, and Jira is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal guidance
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Self-sufficient and intellectually curious with a proactive approach to project ownership
