Open Order Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Open Order Associate, Default Services- Pre-Foreclosure Title.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with opening national title orders, managing and tracking them
• Provide daily reporting of new orders and communicate with the business on turnaround times
• Perform quality control checks of documents and data entry into databases as required

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years' experience working in an office environment
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software products
• 1-2 years' title industry experience preferred
• Proven customer service skills and ability to meet daily production goals with accuracy
