Open Source Community Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Open Source Community Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the open-source developer community
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture the open-source community
• Collaborate with teams to plan and curate educational content and community events

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in open-source software development and community management
• Experience with version control systems, issue tracking systems, and collaboration tools
• Familiarity with open-source licensing, copyright, and intellectual property issues
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Content creation experience and/or experience organizing community events
