Key Responsibilities

Monitor mainstream and social media to inform stakeholders of emerging risks
Create historical and real-time sensing alerts based on media trends and volume
Develop weekly and monthly dashboard reports on major issues for Risk Leadership and the C-Suite

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years' experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with data aggregation tools and platforms is preferred
Experience with social media intelligence platforms is preferred
