Job Summary

OpenShift Engineer, seeking an experienced professional for a full-time remote role to design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift container platforms while ensuring operational efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across various environments, ensuring high availability and security
  • Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and security measures while mentoring junior engineers and enhancing developer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Five or more years of experience with container platforms, including at least three years on Red Hat OpenShift
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, along with strong Linux administration skills
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm
  • Proficient in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Tekton, Jenkins, or Argo CD
