Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time OpenShift Engineer will design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms in a remote environment, managing the entire platform lifecycle from provisioning to ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across various environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
- Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with clear self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing, while collaborating with security teams to harden the platform
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five or more years of experience operating container platforms in production, with at least three years on Red Hat OpenShift
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, including operators, RBAC, and networking
- Strong Linux administration skills and hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible or Terraform
- Solid experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes using tools like Tekton or Jenkins
