Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time OpenShift Engineer will design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms in a remote setting, focusing on cluster lifecycle management, application onboarding, and security enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across various environments, ensuring high availability and security
  • Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and security measures while mentoring junior engineers and evolving platform tooling
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Five or more years of experience with container platforms, including three years on Red Hat OpenShift
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, along with strong Linux administration skills
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible or Terraform
  • Solid experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes
