OpenShift Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced OpenShift Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability across various environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters, applying best practices for security and scalability
• Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams to the platform
• Implement monitoring, logging, and security measures while mentoring junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of experience with container platforms, including three years on Red Hat OpenShift
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, along with strong Linux administration skills
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible or Terraform
• Solid experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes
