OpenShift Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time OpenShift Engineer will design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms, ensuring high availability and security in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across various environments, ensuring best practices for scalability and security
• Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams to the platform with clear self-service patterns and documentation
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions while collaborating with security teams to harden the platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of experience operating container platforms in production, with at least three years on Red Hat OpenShift
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, including operators and networking
• Strong Linux administration skills, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible or Terraform
