OpenShift Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced OpenShift Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and developer enablement across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters, applying best practices for scalability and security
• Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations
• Implement monitoring, logging, and security measures while continuously evolving platform tooling and developer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of experience operating container platforms in production, with at least three years on Red Hat OpenShift
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, including operators and networking
• Strong Linux administration skills and hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
• Solid experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes
