Job Summary

To support a growing technology team, the full-time OpenShift Engineer will design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms remotely, ensuring high availability, security, and developer enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across various environments, applying best practices for security and scalability
  • Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with clear self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and security measures while mentoring junior engineers and evolving platform tooling based on user feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Five or more years of experience operating container platforms, with at least three years focused on Red Hat OpenShift
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, including networking and RBAC
  • Strong Linux administration skills and hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Solid experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes
