Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time OpenShift Engineer will design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms in a remote environment, managing the end-to-end platform lifecycle and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a secure and efficient container platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security
- Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations
- Implement monitoring, logging, and security measures while continuously evolving platform tooling and developer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five or more years of experience operating container platforms in production, with at least three years on Red Hat OpenShift
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, along with strong Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm
- Solid experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes using Tekton, Jenkins, or Argo CD
