OpenShift Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time OpenShift Engineer will design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms remotely, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across various environments while applying best practices
• Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations
• Implement monitoring, logging, and security measures, ensuring continuous compliance and platform hardening

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of experience operating container platforms, with at least three years on Red Hat OpenShift
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, including networking and RBAC
• Strong Linux administration skills and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible or Terraform
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes
