OpenShift Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled OpenShift Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms, managing the end-to-end platform lifecycle and collaborating with application teams and security engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across various environments, ensuring high availability and security
• Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations
• Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions while hardening the platform in collaboration with security teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of experience operating container platforms, with at least three years on Red Hat OpenShift
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, including operators and RBAC
• Strong Linux administration skills and hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes
