OpenShift Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology team, the full-time OpenShift Engineer will design, deploy, and operate Red Hat OpenShift container platforms remotely, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability across various environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters while applying best practices for security and scalability
• Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions, and harden the platform in collaboration with security teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of experience operating container platforms in production, with at least three years on Red Hat OpenShift
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, including operators and networking
• Strong Linux administration skills and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible or Terraform
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes
