OpenShift Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced OpenShift Engineer for a full-time remote position responsible for designing, deploying, and operating enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms, managing the end-to-end platform lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across various environments, ensuring high availability and security
• Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with clear self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations
• Implement monitoring, logging, and security practices while continuously evolving platform tooling and developer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of experience operating container platforms in production, with at least three years on Red Hat OpenShift
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, including networking and RBAC
• Strong Linux administration skills and hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
• Solid experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes
