OpenShift Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the organization's OpenShift platform, the contract OpenShift Engineer will handle daily operations, upgrades, patching, and storage management for on-prem OpenShift 4.x clusters, deploying applications via ArgoCD and maintaining Portworx storage in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer on-prem OpenShift 4.x clusters and troubleshoot platform issues
• Execute monthly upgrades, patching, and operator maintenance
• Deploy and manage applications using ArgoCD GitOps workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Recent, hands-on Red Hat OpenShift 4.x administration/engineering in an enterprise environment
• Strong on-prem OpenShift experience, including physical infrastructure dependencies
• Recent Argo CD/GitOps experience, preferably within the past year
• Direct, recent Portworx administration/support experience
• Experience onboarding and supporting enterprise applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes
