OpenShift Staff Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the OpenShift Staff Engineer will administer and support enterprise Red Hat OpenShift 4.x platforms, focusing on application onboarding, platform maintenance, and deployment automation.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and support enterprise Red Hat OpenShift 4.x platforms
- Onboard and support new applications within the OpenShift environment
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Red Hat OpenShift 4.x
- Strong Kubernetes and container platform operations experience in enterprise environments
- Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps-based deployment methodologies
- Experience administering or supporting Portworx storage solutions
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting production OpenShift/Kubernetes environments
