Job Summary
A company is looking for an OpenStack Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot private cloud deployments based on OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies
- Provide high-tier support for critical product issues and lead incident management efforts
- Act as a shift-level technical leader, managing platform health and responding to alerts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with OpenStack core services including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, and Glance
- Hands-on knowledge of Neutron networking and Cinder storage backends
- Strong Ceph experience, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Advanced Linux system administration skills and understanding of networking fundamentals
