Job Summary

A company is looking for an OpenStack Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot private cloud deployments based on OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies
  • Provide high-tier support for critical product issues and lead incident management efforts
  • Act as a shift-level technical leader, managing platform health and responding to alerts
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with OpenStack core services including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, and Glance
  • Hands-on knowledge of Neutron networking and Cinder storage backends
  • Strong Ceph experience, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
  • Advanced Linux system administration skills and understanding of networking fundamentals
