OpenText ACM Developer

Job Summary

To support ongoing projects, the remote OpenText ACM Developer will focus on developing, customizing, and providing production support for ApplicationXtender applications while managing complex application performance and issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and customize OpenText ApplicationXtender applications, ensuring effective production support
• Monitor and administer application performance, addressing incidents and resolving issues within established SLAs
• Collaborate with teams to develop complex applications and provide necessary support during evenings and weekends as required

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with OpenText ApplicationXtender 16.x and 20.x, including customization and development
• Proficiency in .Net Framework, C#, and VB for ApplicationXtender customization
• Experience supporting applications on IIS (Internet Information System)
• Knowledge of AppXtender Desktop, AppXtender Core v8.1, and AppXtender Workflow Manager
• Ability to diagnose and address performance issues across the tech stack
