OpenText ECM Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced OpenText ECM Application Support Engineer, this remote contract position will design, customize, and support enterprise content management solutions while maintaining platform health and ensuring seamless document management across global systems.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, and Documentum platforms
• Build and support integrations between OpenText ECM and enterprise applications like SAP using REST APIs and Web Services
• Perform system administration, performance tuning, upgrades, and platform troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated experience supporting and administering OpenText Enterprise Content Management solutions
• Proven expertise in configuring, customizing, and maintaining OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, or Documentum
• Strong hands-on experience integrating ECM with third-party software (e.g., SAP, CRM systems) via REST APIs and Web Services
• Demonstrated ability to conduct root-cause analysis, perform upgrades, and optimize system performance
