OpenText ECM/AppWorks Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior OpenText ECM/AppWorks Engineer to support enterprise content management solutions in a secure federal IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, deploy, and support OpenText ECM/AppWorks platforms in AWS GovCloud IaaS environments
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to design and deliver scalable, secure content management solutions
• Ensure compliance with DoD and federal cybersecurity standards while maintaining high availability and disaster recovery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering, installing, upgrading, and patching OpenText ECM/AppWorks platforms
• Experience managing OpenText ECM in AWS GovCloud IaaS environments
• Proficient in implementing integrations with other applications using SOAP, REST, and bulk APIs
• Strong knowledge of DoD and federal record management policies and compliance requirements
• BS degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline; Security+ and OpenText certifications are desired
