Job Summary
To enhance business operations and customer experience outcomes, the full-time Operating Effectiveness Advisor will provide analytical and advisory support focused on Home Delivery Pharmacy, working remotely to analyze customer issues, manage escalations, and drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer issues and feedback to identify trends and operational gaps
- Manage escalated pharmacy issues, ensuring timely resolution and cross-functional collaboration
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, healthcare, or a related field
