Job Summary

To enhance business operations and customer experience outcomes, the full-time Operating Effectiveness Advisor will provide analytical and advisory support focused on Home Delivery Pharmacy, working remotely to analyze customer issues, manage escalations, and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer issues and feedback to identify trends and operational gaps
• Manage escalated pharmacy issues, ensuring timely resolution and cross-functional collaboration
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, healthcare, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in analytics, customer experience, operations, or the healthcare/pharmacy domain
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
