Operating System Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the Windows OS team, the full-time Operating System Engineer will design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot environments composed of Windows Server and Citrix platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the first responder for the OS team, performing preliminary troubleshooting and managing the ticket queue
• Document troubleshooting steps and assist in escalated incidents within the ticketing system
• Consult on internal and customer environments, maintaining and deploying advanced OS configurations

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft server platforms and integrations
• Experience in Citrix administration (VDA, Storefront, Delivery Controllers)
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 platforms
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, SQL Server, and DNS
• Experience supporting environments on VMware ESXi, Azure, or AWS
