Operation Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the TDI installation director for seamless site operations, the full-time Operation Specialist will manage data collection, cost analysis for quarterly reviews, and vendor registration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in project field operations and manage documentation related to pre-COD warranty items
- Conduct cost analysis for quarterly site construction reviews and collect actual costs for reporting
- Facilitate the collection of signed timesheets and invoice calculations for monthly billing
Required qualifications
- University Degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field
- High proficiency in English, both oral and written
- Expertise in PMx (SAP) for purchase order and good receiving processes
- Experience in an international project site office
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications
