Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Account Coordinator to manage client program execution and support account management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support national buy execution, including item setup and purchase orders
  • Compile and deliver sales, inventory, and KPI reports for client visibility
  • Track orders and ensure resolution of issues in collaboration with Operational Account Managers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in account coordination or operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills for managing high-volume tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
