Job Summary
Leading operational compliance across the property management platform, the full-time Operational Compliance Manager will ensure alignment with laws and regulations, serve as the primary liaison for legal matters, and identify compliance gaps while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead operational compliance throughout the property management lifecycle, including leasing, resident management, and maintenance
- Develop a deep understanding of workflows to assess alignment with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Establish a risk-based monitoring and testing program to identify and address compliance gaps and systemic risks
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in property management compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of residential property management operations and applicable legal requirements
