Operational Controls Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Operational Controls to join their Operational Controls team.

Key Responsibilities

• Document business processes, risks, and corresponding controls
• Advise control and remediation owners on the development and effectiveness of operational controls and corrective action plans
• Coordinate discussions between internal/external auditors and Operations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with internal controls, operations, and/or consulting
• 1+ years of experience supporting strategic improvements in processes and controls
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Health insurance industry experience (preferred)
• Experience with SOX, MAR, and/or SOC1 (preferred)
