Operational Controls Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Operational Controls to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Document business processes, risks, and corresponding controls
• Advise on the development and monitoring of operational controls and corrective action plans
• Coordinate discussions between internal/external auditors and Operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in internal controls, operations, and/or consulting
• 1+ years of experience supporting strategic improvements in process and controls
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Health insurance industry experience (preferred)
• Experience with SOX, MAR, and/or SOC1 (preferred)
