Operational Coordinator (Brazilian Portuguese)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-time Operational Coordinator (Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with market training managers to identify content for migration into the Learning Management System
• Work with Commercialization deployment leads to receive operational guidance and tools
• Support the analysis and migration of learning content, ensuring effective communication in Brazilian Portuguese

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese
• Proficiency in Excel, preferably including formulas
• At least 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Knowledge of learning and development teams and their materials (preferred)
• Availability to work during normal business hours in Brasilia Standard Time
