Job Summary
Supporting national processes for cost modeling and fee setting, the full-time remote Operational Cost & Fee Setting Analyst will manage producer data validation, develop cost models, and assist in regulatory compliance reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support validation and analysis of producer supply data for reporting and fee setting processes
- Develop and maintain cost models to track material management costs and support the annual fee setting process
- Assist in preparing regulatory compliance reports and improve data collection and reporting SOPs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Science, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, cost modeling, and reporting, preferably in the environmental or packaging sector
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; familiarity with Python, R, or similar tools is an asset
- Exposure to solid waste, recycling, or EPR systems is a plus but not required
