Operational Data Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operational Data Analyst to assist in the discovery and analysis of key areas of the organization for operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and collect information from multiple data sources for project creation
- Perform detailed analysis on key areas of the business and prepare insights and recommendations
- Work with third-party vendors and external partners to gather requirements and assess capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operational analytics or a similar role
- Proficient in spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Experience in drawing conclusions from analyzing large sets of data
- Experience running queries against data, preferably SQL
- Utilization of statistical techniques to identify key insights that help solve business problems
