Operational Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Data Analyst to assist in the discovery and analysis of key areas of the organization for operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and collect information from multiple data sources for project creation
• Perform detailed analysis on key areas of the business and prepare insights and recommendations
• Work with third-party vendors and external partners to gather requirements and assess capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational analytics or a similar role
• Proficient in spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Experience in drawing conclusions from analyzing large sets of data
• Experience running queries against data, preferably SQL
• Utilization of statistical techniques to identify key insights that help solve business problems
