Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Data Analyst to analyze customer deployments and operational workflows to drive adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer implementation data and product usage patterns to identify areas of impact
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking performance and customer engagement indicators
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop evidence-based narratives around product value and operational impact

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with clinical operations and business operations data
• Master's degree or higher in data science or a related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with large, structured datasets
• Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
