Operational Design Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Design Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ODA Senior Team to analyze historical trial performance metrics and feasibility parameters
• Utilize internal data and predictive analytics tools to inform study planning and placement decisions
• Drive data quality and process improvement projects to enhance efficiencies within the ODA Team

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• BA/BS/BSc in the sciences or RN preferred
• 9 years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related field, including 6 years in biopharmaceutical clinical development
• Experience in utilizing data and analytics for clinical trial planning
• Understanding of clinical data sources and their application in operational planning
