Operational Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical development study design and operational study start-up timelines
• Facilitate essential decisions concerning study design and promote cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Assess and mitigate risks to regulatory and operational timelines

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, Master's degree with 2 years of clinical research experience, Bachelor's degree with 4 years of clinical research experience, Associate's degree with 8 years of clinical research experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of clinical research experience
• 7+ years work experience in life sciences or medically related field, including 4+ years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience
• Understanding of optimal study design trade-offs and ability to facilitate team discussions
