Operational Due Diligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Due Diligence Sr. Analyst - Alternative Investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational due diligence reviews on alternative investment sponsors and products
• Assess key operational risk areas including governance, compliance, and internal controls
• Prepare ODD reports and present findings to internal committees and senior leaders

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in investment management, due diligence, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience supporting alternative investment products
• Understanding of alternative investment structures and operational risk factors
• Experience conducting due diligence or operational assessments
• Relevant professional designations such as CFA, CAIA, or FRM are preferred
