Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Effectiveness Analyst II to drive data analytics initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for customer feedback and call center metrics
• Conduct data analysis to derive insights and develop advanced reporting solutions
• Extract and transform data from various sources for modeling and reporting purposes

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting within the insurance industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize large, complex data sets into actionable insights
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software tools
