A company is looking for an Operational Enablement Specialist in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training content and AI Agent enablement materials through information gathering and analysis
• Design onboarding and role-specific learning experiences, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles
• Evaluate training programs and identify knowledge gaps to enhance operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Adult Learning, Training & Development
• Strong experience in designing and iterating learning content
• Experience with AI Agents or knowledge-driven automation systems
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Postman, Salesforce, and LMS systems is a plus
