Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Enablement Specialist in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain training content and enablement materials for human teams and AI systems
Gather and analyze information to develop robust internal training content and AI Agent enablement materials
Evaluate training program effectiveness and refine materials based on feedback and assessments

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Adult Learning, Training & Development
Strong experience in building and launching training initiatives within RevOps/Sales or Operations
Experience in designing learning content and breaking down complex topics into structured documentation
Familiarity with AI Agents, chatbots, or knowledge-driven automation systems
Automotive industry experience or familiarity with Dealership business models is a plus
