Operational Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Enablement Specialist to design and maintain learning experiences for teams and AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback
• Gather and analyze information to develop training content and AI enablement materials
• Design and provision onboarding and role-specific learning experiences, ensuring content supports complex question resolution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Adult Learning, Training & Development
• Strong experience in building and launching training initiatives within RevOps/Sales or Operations
• Experience in designing learning content and iterating on existing materials
• Familiarity with AI Agents, chatbots, or knowledge-driven automation systems
• Automotive industry experience or familiarity with Dealership business models is a plus
