Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Forward Operational Enablement Specialist in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a transparent, cohesive team environment with open communication and feedback
• Gather and analyze information to develop robust internal training content and AI Agent enablement materials
• Design and provision foundational onboarding content and structured learning paths for various roles

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Adult Learning, Training & Development
• Experience in building and launching training initiatives within RevOps/Sales or Operations
• Strong ability to create clear documentation and training from complex topics
• Experience working with AI Agents or knowledge-driven automation systems
• Familiarity with Jira, Postman, Salesforce, and LMS systems is a plus
