Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Forward Operational Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a transparent and collaborative team environment with open communication
• Gather and analyze information to develop training content and AI Agent enablement materials
• Design and provision onboarding and role-specific learning experiences, ensuring content supports complex question resolution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Adult Learning, Training & Development
• Strong experience in building and launching training initiatives in RevOps/Sales or Operations
• Experience designing learning content and breaking down complex topics into structured documentation
• Familiarity with AI Agents, chatbots, and knowledge-driven automation systems
• Automotive industry experience or familiarity with dealership business models is a plus
