Operational Engineer II

Job Summary

To support the JO Platform DevOps team, the full-time Operational Engineer II will manage platform operations, build automation tools, and contribute to CI/CD processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support production and non-production JO and Analytics environments, troubleshooting incidents and contributing to root-cause analysis
• Build and maintain Bash and Python scripts for automation and operational workflows
• Contribute to Azure DevOps pipelines and manage AWS resources using Terraform and Kubernetes

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, SRE, or platform engineering
• Hands-on experience with a SaaS or PaaS product in the cloud
• Demonstrable skills in Bash and Python scripting for operational tasks
• Production AWS experience, including core services like VPC, EC2, and S3
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
